What's new: Reminder Subscriptions
Reminder subscriptions let notify users of important events, critical issues, required actions, etc. before or after certain date and time. Also there is a possibility to set a filter that will trigger the reminder only if certain conditions are met. For example, you can create a reminder subscription that will notify you if any Order payment is overdue, i.e. the Payment Due Date is “Today”, but the Order is not in status “Paid”:
