What's new: Templates
Templates help users quickly and easily create typical items for different entities. Now when users add a new entity item to the view they can select the template according to which the new item will be created.
Users can create Templates for such default entities as Tasks and Projects:
Also Templates feature can be enabled for any custom entities you have: Orders, Customers, Products, Requests, Issues, etc.
